How many quarters of usage you're willing to stock ahead of need.

Search and select each product below to pull its CMS ASP and historical WAC data automatically, then enter your current inventory and projected quarterly usage. The timing recommendation compares each product's historical WAC-increase cadence (from Texas & California state price-transparency filings) against your build horizon.

Purchasing decisions should never influence which product is clinically appropriate for an individual patient. This tool only informs purchase timing once a product is already clinically appropriate. Review any volume-based purchasing arrangement against the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and applicable safe harbors before acting on it.

How this is calculated: for each product's primary NDC, we look at every historical WAC increase on file and take the median time between increases and median increase size to project the next one. For ASP, we take the median quarter-over-quarter change across the last 5 CMS quarters. The dollar benefit only counts units you'd otherwise be buying after the predicted increase date, within your chosen build horizon — it's an estimate based on historical patterns, not a guarantee of future pricing.
